Where do I pickup?

830 Industrial Ave Unit 10. Pickup at the back entrance at the loading dock.

When do I pickup?

A pickup time will be assigned to you at checkout for the day you choose. Please take note of this time slot. A different time slot is assigned for each person.

Do I need to confirm my order or pickup time after I place an order?

No need to confirm. Just need to check out and pick up at the time assigned. 

What time are you open?

We are open Monday-Saturday from 9am to 3pm. We are closed on Sundays.

How far in advance do I need to place the order? 

Delivery orders placed today will be for the following day. There is a limit on the number of orders we can take for one day. Pickup orders can be placed up to 3 days in advance. Try to place your order a few days in advance to secure a time slot. 

 

Are you practicing social distancing?

Yes. Our customer and staff health is our main priority. Your order will be ready at the loading dock for you. We accept one customer and one car at a time. If there is another customer being served at the time you arrive, we ask for you to wait until they are done. 

How will you know it's me?

Our staff will be available at the loading dock. Please provide your order information when you drive up and they will get your order.
